How long does a bespoke order take?
Custom pieces typically take 4–8 weeks from design sign-off to delivery. Rush commissions may be available on request — please contact us for availability.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes. We offer exclusive pricing for verified interior designers, architects, and hospitality specifiers. Email trade@luminoushome.com with your credentials to apply.
Can I see pieces before I buy?
Absolutely. Our SoHo showroom holds the full collection and is open Mon–Fri 10am–6pm. Saturday viewings are available by appointment.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 60-day hassle-free return policy on all standard pieces. Bespoke commissions are non-refundable once production commences, but we work with you through every step to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 40 countries with specialist art-freight packaging. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. White-glove installation is available in major cities.
How do I care for my mirror or glass furniture?
We recommend a soft microfibre cloth with a diluted glass cleaner. Never use abrasive products on the frame finish. Full care guides are included with every delivery.
